Cortex Experiments

No experiment notes are currently retained.

Experiments should start from an active roadmap epic or plan, use the current implementation as their baseline, and record only evidence that remains useful after the run. Treat raw dogfood transcripts and one-off smoke notes as ephemeral working artifacts unless they still explain a live decision.

What belongs here

  • Controlled runs tied to an active epic or plan.
  • Short evidence records that explain a current design decision.
  • Reproducible smoke tests whose setup and outcome remain useful.

What does not belong here

  • Structured research synthesis → ../Research-notes/.
  • Implementation plans → ../Roadmap/Plans/.
  • Raw transcripts, transient dogfood notes, or abandoned trials with no current decision attached.
