Cortex Epics

Active

  • Substrate Soundness Closure — prove the novel Wire/Pulse middle is mechanically sound end-to-end (four cross-layer bridges + stitch-up theorem + architectural dragon retirement). Parser, compiler, IO, and persistence correspondence are explicit non-goals.

Use this directory only for multi-PR initiatives that are still useful as a current coordination surface. Once an epic ships or is superseded, either replace it with canonical Architecture/reference material or move a concise historical record to Completed/ or Archive/.
